Below are the details of our refund policy, reflecting our dedication to your satisfaction.
- We are committed to providing high-quality service and supporting you in every way possible, even beyond our service scope.
- We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you’re not satisfied with the service or feel it’s not adding value within 7 days of payment, you can email us at [email protected]. If your concerns are valid and can’t be resolved, we will process a full refund.
Terms & Conditions
- The refund policy does not apply to Coaching.
- After 7th day from registration, the refund window will be closed, and refunds will no longer be possible.
- If you have any concerns, our founder will personally review the issue and work to resolve it. Please email us at [email protected] for assistance.
- Before requesting a refund, you should have completed the One-to-One Counselling to better understand the value we offer.
- If eligible for a refund, the amount refunded will be adjusted for any Process already started including but not limited to SOP’s, LOR’s, Profile Building, Applications, Interview Preparation etc.
- Changes to your study abroad plans (personal or professional) after starting work with us will not be valid grounds for a refund, whether partial or full.
- If your change of plans is due to unavoidable circumstances, we can extend your service for up to 2 years for future use.
