Refund Policy

Our service is built with students in mind, focused on delivering maximum value and a strong ROI.

Below are the details of our refund policy, reflecting our dedication to your satisfaction.

  • We are committed to providing high-quality service and supporting you in every way possible, even beyond our service scope.
  • We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you’re not satisfied with the service or feel it’s not adding value within 7 days of payment, you can email us at [email protected]. If your concerns are valid and can’t be resolved, we will process a full refund.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The refund policy does not apply to Coaching.
  2. After 7th day from registration, the refund window will be closed, and refunds will no longer be possible.
  3. If you have any concerns, our founder will personally review the issue and work to resolve it. Please email us at [email protected] for assistance.
  4. Before requesting a refund, you should have completed the One-to-One Counselling to better understand the value we offer.
  5. If eligible for a refund, the amount refunded will be adjusted for any Process already started including but not limited to SOP’s, LOR’s, Profile Building, Applications, Interview Preparation etc.
  6. Changes to your study abroad plans (personal or professional) after starting work with us will not be valid grounds for a refund, whether partial or full.
  7. If your change of plans is due to unavoidable circumstances, we can extend your service for up to 2 years for future use.
